Delivery within Hong Kong

Special Hong Kong delivery arrangements for Micro & Macro (MM): The following rates apply only to orders containing MM cue tips alone.

• Orders containing 1-tip packs, including orders combining 1-tip and 3-tip packs: HK$20 per order.
• Orders containing only 3-tip packs: free delivery within Hong Kong. This applies to the 3-tip pack variant, not to three individually purchased 1-tip packs.

Delivery for other small accessories, including other cue tips, chalk and cue care products, is HK$30 per order within Hong Kong. Orders combining MM tips with other small accessories also cost HK$30 for delivery.

Cues and cue cases can be paid for directly online. Any order containing a cue or cue case costs HK$200 in total for SF Express delivery within Hong Kong, including orders combined with small accessories or Micro & Macro 3-tip packs. No additional small-accessory shipping charge applies.

Store pickup

To collect your order, select “Pickup” at checkout. Pickup is expected to be available in 2–4 days after stock and your order have been confirmed.

You must still arrange pickup in advance via WhatsApp at +852 5500 8167. Wait for our ready-for-pickup notification, then visit the confirmed location at the agreed time with your order details. Please do not visit before receiving confirmation.

Ordering items that are not in stock

If an item needs to be ordered because it is not in stock, the estimated wait is around one and a half months. Please contact Project Q on WhatsApp first to confirm availability and ordering arrangements.

Overseas orders

Eligible small accessories can be shipped to Macao, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Shipping charges are shown at checkout according to the destination and calculated checkout weight. Checkout weight is the sum of the preset product weights: up to and including 250g is charged at the destination's base shipping rate; above 250g is charged at twice that base rate, with no further multiplication for each additional 250g. Cues, cue cases and oil-based products are excluded from this overseas postal service. For these products or other destinations, please contact Project Q on WhatsApp before payment to confirm shipping arrangements and obtain a quote.

Order processing and delivery times

Orders are processed after payment and stock have been confirmed. Dispatch and delivery times depend on the item, stock availability, logistics, busy periods and weather. If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
